What's the best way to Sleep?


My patients usually check out me -"What is the best way to sleep? " to which always answer: "Well, what position ever sleep in? " The reason to your reply is that just be modifying certain things here and there, you can acquire a restful and comfortable night's rest it does not matter position you actually stay in.


Back Sleepers

Yes, this ones preferred position to sleep mainly because it places the least amount of stress to your spine-IF truly:

Place a cervical strain or rolled-up towel using your neck. Make sure that this head is in a neutral position (that you may well be neither looking up different down). If you discover that you cannot be "in neutral" you will need a smaller roll.

Place a pillow using your knees-This takes stress off
