  1. When i was 11 i suffered perthes disease of the hip, and really have suffered pain regulary thru life. A few years back the pain was pretty bad and mobility was like an old man walking...however even though many doctor or specialists advised about getting a replacement hip, did not feel i was still ready or really hoping i can last the distance for either better technology as a new hip really last 10-20 years depending on how the body ends up rejecting the implant. Anyway from my research have realised had to change the diet to cut the crap and hopefully the foods that caused the inflammation / arthritic feeling and pain in and around the hip. That generally works for me but still had this residual pain and lack of fluid mobility. But around 2 months ago my wife asked me to try some collagen supplements (www.naturalcollagen.in) and they instantly took away the pain and my mobility has increased 10 fold. So my response is just take your time rather then rushing into having an operation, as their are plenty of options, you need to just work thru them, and vastly improve your diet to be high in veg, nuts and fruit, with salmon and fatty fish, and i believe you will see pretty amazing results, and if need be try some real good natural collagen supplements that are 100% bio compatible with the human body. And stay away from the pain killers and drugs as they do more harm then good...
